CAREER
Holden Reaves has practiced law since 1995. He returned to his hometown of Fayetteville (and founded Reaves Law, PLLC in 2004) after practicing in prior firms, including the commercial real estate group of a large corporate firm in uptown Charlotte.
SPECIALIZATION
Holden is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Residential, Business, Commercial, and Industrial Transactions since 2005, as certified by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
He concentrates his law practice in commercial real estate transactions, including entity formation, real property sales, acquisition, development, financing, tax-free exchanges, and leasing. He has represented developers, builders, buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants and brokers in all types of real property transactions. He also assists with select residential closings (typically involving new construction).
